Has this company gone out of business - how do I get a response from them re a non-delivered (but paid for) order? Many thanks, Helen

I have just been looking in to this myself and it appears they have gone in to administration. Apparently this means they are not liable to pay their debts in full. It would make sense why they have been ignoring customer contact and not processing refunds. So gutted as they owe me a chunk of money. Hope this helps answer your question x

I have received my parcel today but the Swarovski red heart pendant came without the crystal earrings , the package box was dirty and the actual presentation box black velvet has a hole in it , who do I speak to about this as my gift for my granddaughter doesn’t have a single crystal .Very disappointed.

Would you be prepared to share the Achica phone contact number you obtained please? I think that if ACHICA takes the customer's money and then do not fulfil their promise that might be seen as Fraud.

Hi, Today after many days trying to get contact Achica I found a number and was told I get a call today It's so not fair that we Customers are having no respect in regarding orders,calls,etc I'm hoping this call comes so I can find out why my order hasn't arrived
