“They look real and very serious until you give them a try. They ask you for a ton of documents to prove your identity until you get tired of doing so. They suspended my withdrawals as well as my balance of 95,900 USDT. I was a client for more than 20 years but now I don't understand why: coverage problems all the time, technical problems all the time. “Echt te erg! Alles is veranderd in totale ellende, BASE is totale bagger geworden. Voortdurende problemen met de telefoonsignaal, ik gebruik het nu zelfs niet meer. En alsof dat nog niet genoeg is, begonnen ze me te bedriegen door valse rekeningen voor de telefoon te sturen. Ik had een contract afgesloten voor een levenslange korting, maar uiteindelijk steeg de prijs plotseling zonder waarschuwing! En ze verhoogden ook stiekem de prijzen de laatste paar maanden, per ongeluk een paar euro extra toevoegend. Na mijn contact beweerden ze dat het een fout was en beloofden ze de extra betaling te annuleren. Het is nu al 3 maanden geleden en ze hebben de som niet alleen niet gecorrigeerd, maar ook verdrievoudigd, bewerend dat mijn abonnement geen enkele actie of korting had! Ongelooflijk, wat een stelletje domme idioten daar werkt!”

“Ordered FIFA 20 on the 28th of September, on there website it states item will be delivered in 1-3 days. I've sent emails out in which I haven't had a reply back from them til now. I've had to call them today (10th October) and they gave me some stupid response about their policy stating they can't do anything until after 14 working days in which then they can refund/replacement. DO NOT ORDER from these man from the qways ends. Lady on the phone had the audacity to tell me 'we don't play games'... Dutty gyal kmt.”
