“So far, my experience with Boardsi has been very positive. Luke and Jamae quickly were able to set me up with a connection for an interview for an available Board position with a company I felt was a strong match for my experience. I look forward to continue to work with the Boardsi team to hopefully secure that Board position and possible other Board opportunities in the future.”

“It's been 3 months, and I have had some interest from companies, but no interviews yet. My goal of course is to be successful with obtaining a Fractional Executive position via Boardsi, so pushing hard. People are very helpful and have given me good advise!”

“I connected with Boardsi shortly after I retired March 31, 2022, with an interest in providing my expertise via a BOD assignment. I went through a short interview process, wrote a profile, worked with my advisor and put my name out on the Boardsi platform. I expressed interest in a few opportunities and the first interview I had was a success! Very impressed.”

“boardsi has sent us numerous resumes for people to fill our Board position. I was able to find a candidate who had an interesting background and lived nearby. My interview with him went well and we have engaged him. I expect him to be a contributor in one way or another. I like your service as compared to the headhunters who pretend to make a deep study of your situation to find the person who is just right.”

“I have been working with Leadsi as a recruit for client corporations recruiting new board candidates. Once I became connected, I was assigned to Lisa Williams and Leadafi to work with me on an Executive Biography for publication. My experience with Lisa, with her developing the appropriate format and relevant biographic content, was outstanding. Once we were connected, Lisa immediately prepared an initial draft, pulling together relevant information from an extensive CV covering my extensive 40 year insurance career and relevant components of my 28 year career as a US Army military reservist. Within ten days, together with her guidance and my editing, we put together what I consider a compelling Executive Biography detailing the important components of my insurance career with a super imposed military component for publication. I have been advised that, since publication, my Executive biography has been getting traction.”
