“Dishonest company, misleading & dodgy I ordered soaps from them to be delivered within 3-5 days, after 5 days i contacted telling them that i didn't get it, i spoke to a woman that was very unfriendly, that told me that it should arrive later that week even though it should have been there by then. The following day, when it still didn't arrive i contacted them via paypal, and then all of a sudden the apologized and offered me to re-dispatch it, if i will close the paypal case, and when i refused to close it, they said they won't re-dispatch it, but eventually they did, and again promised me a delivery date that was not fulfilled. Eventually it came a week later, and when i told them i won't pay for the delivery fee, they agreed to partially refund me, but never did it.”
