“ Absolutely shocking service. My order was due 10 days ago. I have e mailed 3 times and called twice. Each time I am promised a return confirmation of when my order will be delivered, yesterday by a supervisor, Meghan. Nothing. The order was for my sons birthday. He woke up to no presents. No idea when they will arrive - just constant lies and broken promises. ”

“ The worst website ever with poorest customer services, items never get delivered within given dates and had to chase up for weeks to get an update. Returned items and got a refund a month later (policy states 14 days) and this is after 100s of emails and phone calls to their customer service. Never use it again or recommend it to anyone!!! ”

“ delivery is not on time, items they advertise are not in stock, order will not be cancelled and refunded even though they have not left the warehouse on the due delivery date, customer service is not worth contacting returns are not recognized as received and refunds are difficult to chase. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are nothing but stressful to deal with. ”
