“Placed an order Jan 10th. Never received. Website was then ‘undergoing maintenance’ when I checked it. After some searching, it appears the company (Maronmarch) has gone into liquidation.
Now waiting on refund from PayPal.

“Spent £450 on trainers and a belt. They didn’t fit so we sent them back with a note to exchange the items. It has now been three weeks and no one is answering my emails, no one is answering the phone. I will have to report them to trading standards and the only hope I have of getting my money back is contacting PayPal to complain. Royal Mail have marked the parcel as being revived and signed for on the 4th January 2024. What is going on? Absolutely disgraceful how they have left so many customers in the darks for so long regarding orders.”

I live in us and i have been charge so much in duties from Fedex.
They say that their terms and conditions all duties and taxes are to paid by the recipient and are not covered by Brother2Brother.
I did not noticed that before purchase it.
So, it costs more than Moncler website in us.”
