"Wouldn’t recommend Brownhills at all Director Mick Cantrell he’s very rude and obnoxious, and he’s only interested about profit not customers

So we brought this campervan below at the start of September (for less money, the more it’s advertised now With 1400 miles on the clock damage furniture and a big dent in the inside of the van ) have them was going well on the run up to the campervan we was very excited to get our new wheels that we have saved hard for as you expect a couple of little snags but what we didn’t expect is when the van was only two weeks old that it would have to have a new boiler installed due to an error code But couldn’t Rectified, So we dropped the van off to Brownhills to get this sorted. They had the van for a week up on returning the van on the Friday afternoon. The van was absolutely full of dust. The toilet door was not closed and brought back to us with it flapping about and banging the carpet was just chucked in the back laptop the cupboards no care given but worst of all was the scratches over the furniture around where they had been working. We were reported this straight away on the Friday. Monday morning, got to Thursday morning and still no phone call until we Email them to say pick the vehicle up they rang it straight away Making out But the person who was meant to ring had been off But nobody else could be bothered to ring we was untold that the damage isn’t that bad we don’t know what all the fuss is about and they are happy to send somebody out To colour in the scratches which we refused as we brought the vehicle brand-new. We asked for the vehicle to be replaced. They offered to do this at a cost to us.£3700 I told her he was giving her 6k discount on top We went to the motorhome show spoke to Wokingham motorhomes who offered to do the same van For an extra £1500 to what we paid Brownhills we went back to Brown Hills to see if they match this offer which they refused and Mick the MD told us we have to take the offer now or just have our money back because we have wasted too much of his and his staff time. So of course, we decided to just Give The van back Couple of days later, the van that they was trying to sell us for an extra £3700 was then listed on their website for the same sort of money As our van would’ve only cost us an extra £2500 without any discount from Brownhills and now they have our old van up for sale for more money than what we paid for after it’s been damaged. We just seem to get constant lies by management (Nikki Sykes) all this company is interested in is profit."
