How can I use my right to a warranty in Romania because they are denying it? My sandals started peeling off and the department of technical inspection drew the conclusion of not using them correctly. I just walked into town 3 times wearing them. I did not play football, I do not drive as I have no license, I just used them to take a stroll, and both of them started peeling off. I am so sorry for the inconvenience but I thought it would be best to inform you.
