“ I made multiple calls to their service asking them to deliver package before 3pm, instead driver placed wrong information in the system as if he made an attempt at 5 :25pm, in a reality he called me at 8:53pm stating that he was trying to deliver it now. I was at work. Package still not delivered, opened the case, don’t know what happens. Sorry that I paid them to get a stress, frustration, who knows how it ends up, not reliable service. Customer service stated we don’t guarantee the delivery time, for sure they guarantee their charges ”
