DEAR SIR MADAM I AM EXTREMELY INSULTED BY THE LOW LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM Damart I HAVE SENT ATLEAST 11 EMAILS SINCE MAY.

When they arrived they were not as featured in the catalogue and so narrow I thought they must fit someone size 6/8 ! When I phoned and explained this to someone in the so called 'customer service' I was amazed at her rude and unhelpful reaction when I also told her that the wrong size label was probably applied in the factory, she said this was impossible.

Seems like want to direct you to a premium rate number, Do not ring this but ring the 0330 number Shocking customer service Charging an 85yrs old pensioner not only £3.99 for delivery but also another £3.99 to return an jumper that looks nothing like what was advertised.

I did suggest that in the meantime, they might like to send me a pair of replacement briefs – but Customer Services said that until they had receipt of the faulty item, this could not be arranged.

Many times I see adverts from Damart and there is something I would like to order. So I go online only to find that is out of stock in my size/colour choice/ length. Why is the stock so low? Now having read these reviews on here about the terrible service received and wrong orders sent I won't even try again.

I returned a jumper for an exchange to a size smaller. It never arrived and I never received a refund. I phoned Damart (which was an expensive process in itself) who claimed Hermes must have lost it. I made a formal complaint to Damart and have never heard back. If I had the time, I would take them to a small claims court. Don’t use them. Disgraceful customer service

The parcel arrived on 8th December and on opening contained a 2 pack of pull on trousers!! When I rang to speak with a representative of Damart initially the phone connection was lost and they did not ring back and on ringing again after explaining in detail that the incorrect delivery address and the incorrect items were a result of errors made by Damart I was informed that the items would be collected free of charge but they could not redeliver to the nursing home only to our address or I would have to cancel the order, they would refund the money and I would have to reorder the item to the nursing home address, no doubt having to pay a delivery charge again! Whilst I sympathise with the staff on the receiving end of the calls I find the company and its policies totally incompetent and have no faith in their service.
