“Don't do it. I have done EVERYTHING they asked and it worked for 3 weeks then I was told Apple had new security on their message system & Mspy were working to get ahead of it & should be ok in 2 weeks. That was 2 months ago & now I get no data off them. Even after reinstalling it twice!! Still nothing. Everytime I try to get help it is a lengthy online chat, re-explaining everything again & again. Only to get automated replies which from their content u can tell they never read my issue properly. Everytime I ask for a refund I get the run around time and time again. Try this, try that!! I've tried it all & it won't work & they simply refuse to give me my $320 back. It's a disgrace & I refuse to back down, I'm seeking advice now & will also be reporting them to every authority I can find. It's an absolute nightmare & they should be ashamed they leave customers feeling so damn mad. But hey, they got the money what do they care!! I asked them for a free trial so I could be sure, they said they never offer them but if I'm not happy I could get a refund.
