Tbh, I’ve never heard of parcel service and I don’t think a delivery was ever attempted.

2 month ago I had bought A Prada frame, and it didn’t arrive even I had pay for faster delivery. No answer, no refund. Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY . Please, please.. use Amazon it is safe and easy to return it.

8 weeks ago I ordered a pairof sunglasses. Several emails I sent. FE always give a quick response. there answer is still the same we sent the oackage only the custums are the cause of delay. Its onniets way . That 8 weeks is not a reasonable delivery time they do tell, cancellen of this order is not an option because the package is still on its way. The delvery date, they cannot tell

I ordered a pair of Bvulgari sunglasses back in July 2022, I kept getting emails to say my order was delayed and not arrived and delivery date pushed back and back.

After ordering and paying for a frame, I was informed that delivery would be 3 months; I requested a refund. I was told, on 2 September that my refund would take 3/5 working days; it's now end of day - 15 September. Where is my refund? They should not take money for products that they clearly don't have. Never again!

First of all the website only gives a free next day delivery option and once you order the confirmation email states the glasses will arrive between 7-14 WORKING days and I will receive a dispatch email.

Terrible customer service experience as I bought a pair of glasses and I have been waiting for a month and no sign of delivery.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses as gifts - both were unsuitable and returned. Despatch and delivery was quick, but despite receiving emails over a week ago confirming refunds would be issued, I am yet to receive my money back (which is a significant amount). If I do not receive all the money back by COB today, I will have no option but to take further action to get my money back.

Only half of my order arrived even though I paid for next day delivery. Still waiting on the second pair glasses been told it could take up to a month to arrive.
