I bought a refurbished phone from Giffgaff, which was faulty. Giffgaff wouldn't send me a new phone until I returned the old one, leaving me with no phone, having to buy a new eSIM (non transferrable) and losing all my data and apps and logins in the process. Appalling 'computer says no' customer service. AVOID - go for a company with customer service and reliable product delivery instead.
