Been through troubleshooting and changing APN etc and it will not provide service.

My wife with Giffgaff for 5 years.. now she had a problem with texting. She can send a text but she can't receive a text.. we tried everything but nothing worked.. so she decided to get replacement Sim card . They send one but they want her to sign new 18 months contract.. and want to take a payment which already paid for this month. Terrible service q

Sent a phone with someone else's passcode. Sent it back and they returned it with same issue saying it was me who added the passcode. I only just turned it on. No quality control. Don't buy from them. Also, no customer service number.

A Google search told me it was due to replacement by someone other than Apple or an authorized service provider.

Nobody from the customer service team informed me about the situation, they were just planning to issue a refund without telling me.

JOKE!!! The customer service is absolutely terrible aswell, I had an issue with my bank where they didn’t accept the payment of the phone.

By far the worst data service I have used, day light robbery and zero customer service. Would not recommend.

Giffgaff transferred my Sim to a scammer overnight the scammer then cleared out my bank account ordered a lot of stuff on my credit card and now the phone number I have had for 25 years is not usable and I’ve had to spend it two days the security settings on all my apps shopping accounts and bank accounts gift gave me my Have not yet responded to any of my customer service messages and of course there is no phone number to be found anywhere.
