“I felt I had to do a further review on G2Y because of a problem I had .
I have bought several pairs of specs from them and always been happy with everything. Because you have to adjust the frames to fit I am pretty good at doing that and it is what you are paying for when you pay hundreds of pounds from a High Street store. My latest pair went wrong.!
I crashed on with a hairdryier but had difficulty with the right hand side piece getting it to fit. I eventually realised that it was actually twisted.Now I am not sure if it was like that originally or whether I did it by my clumsiness. I decided to live with it ,thinking it was probably my fault. However ,when I did a review,a good one ,because the specs were otherwise great,I noticed the usual message from G2Y saying get in touch if not happy. I did so,with pics explaining that it could well have been my fault. Russel said return them .I then asked if it would cost me. No ,was the reply.The result was the specs returned with a new frame. No hassle ,no quibbling.
That sort of service is worth knowing. You may be concerned about getting specs online at huge savings but G2Y are sound.
Give them a try,you won’t be dissapointed.”
