“I bought a Christmas jumper being assured it would arrive on time..... IT STILL HASN'T ARRIVED and their customer service is appalling dealing with this. I will never use these again. Beware of false promises.”

“This is by far worst company I have ever dealt with. After 5 weeks my two orders had not arrived. They blamed the post office. They never contacted me it was lost I had to inquire. I asked for new order with fast shipping as they were both gifts and they couldn’t do it. Beware ordering from here!!!”

“Sadly the companies customer services is terrible and very mechanical. Due to an issue with their promotion code but not allowing you to remove a promo code my bill total was more than expected. When realising this they decided they coukd not help. Many companies in this situation, even smaller ones, would of stepped in and found a solution. Instead, I was ignored; even when I requested information about refusing my delivery and other options such as returning. Sadly I have now heard similar from my alternative friends who have tried them in the past, I just thought maybe they were unlucky, but sadly it does just seem to be the way this company is.”

“I never received my order placed in November 2017. I still don't have it, January 2018, and no communication about where it is or if I can expect it. Nothing when it comes to keeping me informed. They have my money but I don't have my merchandise. Extremely disappointed!”

“Company has pretty good website and if your in US, your order may never arrive. They don't /didn't convert currency, your estimated delivery date is a month, there is more no 1800 number to call this company and there is no tracking provided. The customer service response slow and with attitude. I guess every 100th order doesnt get shipped. BEWARE”
