Had problems with my card over past couple of months, customer service agents have been helpful, but spoke to Hassan today. He was very polite to a 73 year old techie phone, and explained what had gone wrong and gave me telephone numbers to ring to sort it out. He has been the most helpful person yet. Thank you Hassan.
