“I am very disappointed with my experience with Hamleys. I returned an item over a month ago after refusing the delivery, and I am still waiting for my refund. Despite contacting customer services multiple times and explaining the situation clearly, the issue has not been resolved. The process has been slow, unclear, and frustrating, especially for something that should be straightforward. I expected much better customer service from a well-known retailer like Hamleys.”

“Over a week since my order was acknowledged and confirmed but no sign of anything being delivered. Unable to login to my account or reset my password. The site mysteriously says there is a problem. I now believe this site to be a scam. If I hear nothing by next week I will report it as a probable fake site.”
