Order number. A7081637 ordered 23.4.19. Delivered 9.9.19 Reported to delivery driver as badly shaded, also in store on 9.9.19 I have attempted to phone customer services several times. Store have emailed CS to request a telephone call - one week after delivery I am still waiting. Bad CS. Poor quality furniture.

Has anyone had part of a suite delivered? I ordered a 3 +2 suite only the 3 seater delivered. No explanation as to where the other part is. Numerous calls on hold up to an hour to be told we have warehouses the size of football pitches so will take time to locate my2 seater sofa. Utter joke it was ordered as a suite and paid for in full. No one but no one has the common courtesy to at least ring with an explanation and a satisfactory outcome. NEVER NEVER AGAIN will I use my well errant money on this shambles of a company. I’ve asked for head office number can’t give it me HELP any suggestions

Why are Harvey’s still in business? Their service is appaling !! Got a text to say our furniture would be delivered on the 7th November between 7am and 1pm ......we are still waiting!! Contacted customer services also Harvey’s head office complaints department and also the store in Birstall where we placed the order NO one has any information as to when we will receive our furniture!! Just wish I had read the reviews before I placed this order and gave them my hard earned money!! Never seen so many bad reviews !!!!! Harveys staff must be so thick skinned and hard faced.......I have the feeling that this could be one of the biggest mistakes (dealing with Harvey’s) I have ever made.

Shamefull company , I orderd sofa beginning of Dec . Still waiting , well I’m not waiting anymore told them the shove it where the sun don’t shine , fuming customer who has learned her lesson

Hi has anyone bought the governer corner sofa in the fabric red? Any probs? Is it as good as the one in the showroom? Many thanks

Hi Issy, we bought the Guvnor corner group in chocolate. It eventually turned up just before Christmas and it tan!! We contacted Harvey's and are still waiting for a response. Only had the sofa for 3 weeks and it's already showing signs of wear. I'm so dissapointed with it.

Has anyone experienced a problem with colour transfer and peeling of the Covey recliner seats. I understand this line has now been discontinued. I am at the moment doing battle with Harveys as the chairs are less than three years old and falling apart

Hi Christine, just found this site, we've had huge problems with our Harveys recliner settee, one of which is "colour transfer", this is a load of TOSH, I am a shoe designer by trade and have worked with leather most of my life, all leather has a "finish" applied to it before it is worked, most colour marks will easily be removed, our "colour transfer", is actually under the finish, therefore not of our doing, but faulty leather. Along with other problems our settee is not fit for purpose, we tried Furniture Ombudsman & Citizens Advice(Trading Standards), they're about as helpful as a chocolate fireguard, so gave up and purchased a replacement from DFS
