“My Nan went to Iceland today at Heathway she’s lost her bounce card and cannot get the card up on her phone and after picking up all her shopping when she got to the till and explained this to the women that she hasn’t got her card and if she could put the address in which she has done before she looked at her & very rudely said no my edly Nan was very upset as she’s shopped there for years and never had this problem with this Iceland she very disappointed with this service today and people need to understand how much stress this causes edly people who cannot use a phone to get the bounce card up on there phone! Now she has to travel to another Iceland far away as it’s not easy for old people to make delivers online the shop workers need to understand this for older people and help each other!”
“Parking your van outside my flat we need to be able to park outside due to disability and cannot due to you storing your van outside instead can you not afford to store your own van on your property?”
“4 items missing from my order, order was delivered after 8 so no back up or help available,
Really poor for 21st century I will go back to bigger better supermarkets”
“What an utter disgrace this company is. 10% off for over sixties on Tuesdays? What a wicked nasty cynical ploy this really is. It is even worse than the latest scam operated by Poundstretcher which offered 50% off everything after putting their prices up first accordingly. At least they didn't say it was for the over 60's only. I am not aware of the CEO's name of Iceland but whatever it is I hope you are rumbled by everyone and that they pass it along to everyone else. Shame on you. I went in to the Dover store to check these so called "deals" out and didn't find a single one that was not in fact a con. People, you will save nothing, not unless you have money to spare and a freezer large enough for so called "deals" you don't want anyway. No minimum spend required? Well no, there wouldn't be would there because everything is more expensive than anywhere else anyway. Just one example. A block of medium cheddar for £2:10p, when in Morrisons the same type and weight is £1:89. I won't go there ever again, and I am one of those who can afford not to, AND over 60. I am very fortunate, but so many are not. Once again, shame on you.”
“Iceland Dover. The new store at St James. Whenever I go in there it is always nearly empty of customers. Odd really. Reckon they will shut down eventually. The other one in the High Street is great and so are the staff. Always busy. So friendly in there.”
“I have been waiting for my shopping to be delivered since Saturday 15 th Dec 2018 between 5pm an 7pm to be told on Sunday 16th dec 2018 that driver ran over his time an would be delivered between 2pm an 4pm today there is ten minutes left an still no sign of shopping not happy at all they should have shut down Farnborough an not Farnham store it's disgusting to wait over 24 hrs for food to come to your door”
“I was on my own when I went into Iceland on Thursday afternoon and being partially disabled the young lady who served me wheeled the trolley all the way to the car for me and helped me unload the trolley.”
“Dagenham heathway branch. Unfortunately I've attended this store a few times and each time the customer service is appalling. Was served by a manager today and it wasn't any better I can now finally understand the quality of staff.”
