I ordered a Keter Darwin shed and only received half of it. JD Williams state a complete shed was sent. Not true! Appalling customer service. 3 day wait is unacceptable and even more so when you don't get any response, ever. DO NOT deal with this company unless you are happy to be ripped off.

I have an IT issue that means i am unable to use my account. Every time i go to add something it tells me i have reached the max amount in my shopping bag when i have nothing in it, i have spent nearly 2 hours online with their customer service who haven't got a clue how to resolve this glitch so unable to use the account.

Speaking to customer service saying they have the right to cancel any order even after doing a credit search I do accept that they have the rights but can’t give people a credit limit first and wasting time by purchasing in their website Finally saying orders are cancelled So please stay away from this website and don’t give any of your personal information to do a credit check.

Order a item which got lost by the courier, custer service kept putting me of .In the end l had to do there job by chasing the courier to confirm the parcel was lost.In the meantime they put the item up in price,and eventually only offered a refund also never answered my last email completely. Will never use again.

Worst site ever. Do not buy from them. Customer service, ( haha) doesn't exist. No human to speak to. Horrific company. You have been warned!
