“Ordered goods. Didn't arrive. Emailed and told would be arriving soon. Didn't. Rang. Was told items now out of stock! Reordered different items and told items in stock. Checked order 2 days later to see order cancelled - not by me - as one item out of stock. Rang. Customer service dreadful. Very rude. Unhelpful. Wrote to MD and CEO. Got a call very quickly and told someone would be dealing with problem. Ordered goods. Told 7-10 days. Didn't arrive. In constant correspondence. Eventually got goods under good will gesture. Have been told moving warehouse causing problems for many weeks. British customers not top of the list to get goods. All in all having shopped with Laredoute for about 10 years will no longer shop with them.”
