“Excellent company great communication and delivery service I originally bought the nectar memory super king mattress but after a month I just couldn’t get used to it so tang mattress online customer service and explained my situation and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and arranged a return for me and an exchange all sorted in 3 days perfect service all round and I can’t recommend them enough will definitely be using them in the future thank you mattress online”

“Good site, easy to order. I initially bought a mattress and was really happy with the amount of communication and service from ordering to delivery. Unfortunately the mattress developed a fault after a month. I emailed mattressonline and they immediately replied, after sending photos and a few emails, they exchanged the mattress for me at no extra cost. Again the service and delivery was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Easy to negotiate their website, ordering the mattress was uncomplicated, it came the next day, was delivered by 2 very pleasant delivery men up to my nominated bedroom, even placed it on the base and am delighted with my millbrook wool king size mattress. Can highly recommend and will definitely use again. On a previous review someone had mentioned the mattress had a smell and if I’m honest it does pong a little definitely of the countryside shall we say, but I’m confident the Whif will go in time and you can only smell it if you stick your nose into the mattress and it’s such a lovely comfy mattress it hasn’t put me off.”

“Credit where credit is due. Due to my leg & back problems I ordered a well known make orthopaedic mattress yesterday around 14:00. With £25 to take the old one away it was around £300. I’ve checked els-ware and this was a great price & free next day delivery. It came at 10am this morning within a 2 hour window & they gave me and constant updates. Great product & awesome service - rare these days. I would highly recommended them !”

“Had our silent night mattress dropped of yesterday on time. Dan and mark are two proper gentlemen. Put mattress upstairs for us. Thankyou to you both. Also had a top nights sleep with our 3000 springs. And relax. Recommended highly”

“So far so good, ordered mattress on Monday and choose for delivery Thursday. Good and timely delivery, just waiting for box mattress to fully fill (5hrs) then hoping for a better nights sleep then the other box mattress I have had to return to it's manufacturer. Box was damaged and no little opening tool that the manufacturer supplies if purchased direct when when you save yourself over £100 they are just the small things.”

“Great service in store. Really helped me to understand the difference between the mattresses on offer and what I needed. I thought I knew, but I didn't!!! Had looked around a few other stores, but without doubt, from my experience, best value and no pressure and knowledgeable service. So far we have bought 2 beds from here and would definitely return.”

“Excellent service from MattressOnline, went to their Rotherham store, served by a very knowledgeable salesman who was not pushy at all. They had plenty of safely measures in place and a big store so keeping a safe distance was not a problem. Choose a Sealy mattress, really comfortable and already in my house so I can sleep on it. Great service.”

“Great experience, I ordered the wrong size, however mattressonline were very helpful with helping me move to a Double from a King. They even refunded the difference immediately. Mattress is good too, so all round a happy experience and they have a customer for life now.”

“I am absolutely overjoyed with my mattress from Mattress Online. It was a great price, beautifully made, so comfortable and I now actually wake up feeling like I’ve had a really good sleep. I can’t remember the last time I felt like that - it’s just made the world of difference. The team just couldn’t do enough for me - they helped me choose the right mattress when I found it tricky to decide (so many lovely options to choose from!), and they delivered it the very next day. I am absolutely in love with it - my only regret is that I didn’t buy a new mattress sooner. I’d never shop anywhere else now. Thanks so much guys!”

“Really comfortable mattress and cheaper than I could find on other websites. Ordered on a Sunday about 11am and it was on my bed by 3pm on the Monday, that's nearly 24 hours. Delivery team were very good and considerate, will use again without hesitation.”

“They have a good choice of mattresses to suit all budgets .bought a Silentnight orthopaedic double mattress and very pleased with it ..delivery was next day which was amazing .delivered by Panther deliveries kept informed by text & a phone call to say 20 minutes away . Professional team friendly & helpful .I recommend both companies 10/10”
