“ Order a delivery for the next week with confirmation, just to get heard from support on delivery day that they don’t have my mattress at stock, nice doing business, it’s almost 2026 but the feeling like medieval peasantry. ”

'Acceptable staining' is not a clear definition and left to the discretion of the delivery driver which is completely subjective and not an acceptable method to then refuse a refund for a service that was not delivered. ”
