Awful experience- First they sent no screws with our order, forcing us to sleep on the floor for 4 days. Then the instructions were printed wrong, leaving out steps 1-4, next they forgot the leg stands to support the bed so we couldn’t use it until they then sent those to us. Upon asking for partial refund they refused

The mattress I wanted to exchange for had gone down dramatically in price and if I had opted for that they would not refund me the difference of the more expensive one I already had but if you opt for a more expensive mattress you have to pay the difference.

They also don’t refund price differences and charge extra to collect a mattress if you exchange it.

I contacted Mattressman on Monday 27th asking if they offer a price match and if they would refund the difference to which they replied I should have made them aware at the time of purchase.

After waiting a week for the bedframe, we decided to keep it and ask for a partial refund.

As they had broke the contract by the delivery guy refusing to take the old mattress I wanted a full refund.

Was told my mattress couldnt be picked up due to staining and that the £30 I paid for it to be picked up was then none refundable. 'Acceptable staining' is not a clear definition and left to the discretion of the delivery driver which is completely subjective and not an acceptable method to then refuse a refund for a service that was not delivered.

Purchased an Emma mattress when delivered clearly was a refurbished model they were trying to offload to me while charging full price new. Informed them straight away and treated like a criminal wouldn’t arrange a replacement until I provide photos to prove the item was delivered in poor condition even though they said across phone the photo from courier showed it was damaged. The item was a refurbished mattress definitely not new, have rejected this and requested a collection and refund not acceptable and against Trading standards I’m sure! Would use again!
