“SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Stay well clear of thick company. 1. They put special price promotions on, they take your money and say despatched, but do not despatch it. They send you DHL Tracking and say its with the courier. 3. Check with DHL They say the parcel was not collected, the Parcel is A NO SCAN which means, it was never collected from Medicanimal, as soon as a Courier goes to a collection they scan all parcels, they cannot enter the courier network without being scanned, if missed the barcode is scanned by many thousands of scanners at the DHL Sorting Hub. This parcel was never scanned at any DHL van or sorting hub, or even delivery hub. 3. Customer Services at Medicanimal insist its on its way, wait 24 hours, you wait 24 hours and reply, baring in mind they take on average or longer to reply, you get the same message advising to wait a further 24 hours. This goes on for nearly 2 weeks. 3. They then advise they can no longer supply you with the product at the promotional rate, they refund what you paid, excluding the delivery fee, but they advise they are happy to process a NEW ORDER for you at the NEW HIGHER PRICE, and not the price that you ordered when on Promotion. So The Hold on to Your Money for Ages. They Lie to You. They Then Refund You EXCLUDING the DELIVERY FEE Even Though They Never Sent You Anything. Then They Advise They Will Place a New Order For You, But You Must Pay Full Price. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.”

“I ordered 2 bags of dry food for my 2 Chihuahuas. Delivery was free and I used my loyalty bonus money making the product even cheaper - a very happy chappy”
