I placed two orders online. 1st on 1/3/20 & 2nd on 9/3/20. I have still (and it is 24th March today) yet to receive 5 items from the orders even though they took my money for the orders on the 1/3/20 & 9/3/20 respectively. The value of the items I am still waiting for is around £100.00. I phoned the company early last week several times. I spoke with Mr Patel (the owner I believe) who kept giving me garbled replies to my questions as to when the products I have paid for will be delivered. This week I have tried to call them now five times at different times of the day & no answer. I even sent an e-mail to them, still now reply. PLEASE DON'T POST AN ORDER OVER THE WEB - PROBABLY GIVEN MY EXPERIENCE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & NOT DELIVER YOUR ORDER. Next week if I don't hear anything back from them I will take my complaint to Mastercard & try to secure a refund of my money that way.

On behalf of my wife I sent three separate emails on 4 Sept 2017, 3 Oct 2017 and 22 Oct 2017, complaining about a damaged item received and asking for a replacement. I attached photos of the damaged item I have yet to receive a reply to any of the emails. Absolutely dreadful customer service!
