obvioulsy we were not happy so when asking for some kind of refund we were told its our responsibility to monitor tracking so no refund can be given.

Taken money out of my account without my permission. Where are the 8 trees you promised to plant with my money? Total cost of using Parcel Monkey to return unwanted shower screen £163 Total value of goods £ 105 Total refund given by bathroom company after shower screen smashed by delivery driver £0. Parcel Monkey customer (Me) OUT OF POCKET by £163 +£105 = £268

Parcel didn’t arrive with to buyer so I lost £270. Had paid extra for compensation if lost and was told last Tuesday I would be refunded. No refund and no parcel also no one seems to help on live chat and email just keep telling me to wait. I’m disgusted.

Useless company. Despite waiting for a month, my package was eventually sent back to me, broken and with holes (you could see the content inside). Unfortunately, not only was there no refund issued but also the lack of communication on their part was frustrating and unprofessional. DO NOT USE

Box was returned to the sender's address after 3 months, all contents damaged. A little 20 pounds refund was offered, but then it was paid out to a wrong account which was closed 6 months earlier neglecting my indications. Customer service is not helping, seems to talk to a cheap AI given the multiple errors in basic logic. Still asking for the 20 pounds after 6 months, but just for the purpose of research on the operations of this company

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, they take you money. Send you a parcel label which wont work and then your parcel goes into the bermuda triangle. They take no responsibility and refuse a refund. Awful service!!!

I have challenged Parcelmonkey on this matter and received a refund (for the return), but you won't believe the amount of arguing I had to go through.

Okay, not great, but I received a refund for what I paid to ship and supposedly the package was back on the way via USPS.

The parcel arrived almost a month late, and under DHL,s terms and conditions, I should be due a full refund.

Avoid like the plague - I had a disability scooter parcelled by a customer there were 2 parcels within weight and dimensions when the courier came to their property to collect they were told that Parcelforce don’t collect electrical items? The mobility scooter was never collected and they took my money obviously in advance and now these people are faceless and I can’t get a refund - They claim EXACTLY the same service as Parcelforce this is a lie because when I contacted Parcelforce with regards to the parcel failing to be collected by Parcelforce they told me your contract is with Parcelmonkey not us so take it up with them? Total Rip Off - Don’t Get Scammed
