I was sending xmas presents to my daughter who is travelling in Australia. i used parcel monkey and put that one of the gifts was perfume. The parcel was returned to me by parcelforce as perfume is not allowed to be sent. They attached a letter saying that i can claim the postage back minus £20 handling fee, i paid £64. Parcel monkey are refusing to refund the difference. Disgusting customer service.

Absolutely abysmal service. 6 Weeks passed, and despite attaching all of the documents Parcelmonkey requested me to, the parcel was returned. The end courier was completely uncontactable throughout the process, and had no idea where the parcel even was. Parcelmonkey, laughably, now refuse to refund the service. AVOID.

They kept my parcel for 2 months, then returned claiming the destination address was wrong, it was written exactly as per the post office details for my address, it was damaged on return, no refund for mistakes, in general their support took a week to respond to each query.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. I was using them for business and have had 4 international shipments refused and returned with no clear reason why. I used THEIR forms to print the documents and they won't refund me so I'm going to small claims court. No customer service phone number you can only 'chat' and it takes them a week or more to respond.
