Absolutely abysmal service. 6 Weeks passed, and despite attaching all of the documents Parcelmonkey requested me to, the parcel was returned. The end courier was completely uncontactable throughout the process, and had no idea where the parcel even was. Parcelmonkey, laughably, now refuse to refund the service. AVOID.

Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Lost my parcel, took no responsibility, took them four months to start a claim, then they just ignored all messages completely. Avoid at all costs. The second something goes wrong they will not help you at all.

They kept my parcel for 2 months, then returned claiming the destination address was wrong, it was written exactly as per the post office details for my address, it was damaged on return, no refund for mistakes, in general their support took a week to respond to each query.

Been waiting a month for a parcel from uk to USA. Keep getting we are looking for it and will report back in 48 hours. And the seller got a response saying it will be delivered in 48hours Haven’t heard from them in 3 days. All to save a few bucks in shipping the seller now need to remake my order and ship it again with a real shipping company (UPS,FedEx). The seller will s now losing money. I feel bad for him but it was his mistake trying to save a few dollars.

This company is fine if you don't need something to be delivered in any hurry or don't mind your items being at a much higher chance of being lost, since it's dealing with third-party companies as well. There is a reason it is so cheap after all. I recently decided to use them since I needed to ship about 60 pounds, 2 duffle bags, and personal goods overseas. I paid for the shipping insurance also. After about a week or so, I got a message from the company saying with no empathy whatsoever, unfortunately, we regret that your packages have been lost... and that was it, nothing else. I had to reach out several times to get any more information. Only after, did they say they would file a claim for me to UPS. I waited about 2 weeks then reached out again. Once more, only when I reached out to them did they now tell me I had to file the claim myself. In the fine print, it does state claims must be filed within 5 days of any issue, damages, lost items etc. So this is obviously past that time frame, wondering why would they lie AND not reach out to me for those 5 days. Most likely so they would not have to pay out the money to refund and reconcile for the lost packages' value, which everything is well over $1,000. Why pay for the insurance if they will not do anything, literally, if something happens? I am still trying with UPS directly but now I know you do pay for what you get and I will not be using this service any longer, no matter how cheap they quote you for prices to ship anything. I would much rather just pay the airlines extra to bring with me personally. Again, if you are shipping things that you can afford to take a much bigger risk with "lost" packages then it's fine for the money you save compared to directly with couriers but if it is anything of importance, please do not use this service trust me. If they can lose 2 duffle bags over 60 pounds, I am sure they will lose a small box if you decide to use them, and what's just as bad is that they do not seem to care a t - a l l

AVOID Over charging scam. I paid Β£23 for two 30kg parcels delivered. The parcels only weighed 12kg so now they have charged an extra Β£100 excess weight. This company is a scam, they add anything they want to your card payment after 10 days. AVOID these scammer.

1 star just because easy to use their comparing site... but after I paid Β£ 28 for a small parcel expressdelivery from UK to Sweden and got confirmation of it, parcel label NEVER arrived... so, panicked as it should be next day collection... and sent message about it and they simple cancelled and offered refund... when I accepted the refund their message was simple 'OK, the accounts will deal with it', nothing about sorry we messed up so immediate refund as a minimum standard... very disappointed, if I do not chase them for the label then how long I would wait for the NOTHING??? I ended up to go directly to the courier service prover website and ordered delivery through them, label emailed instantly, so hopefully it will be on it's way...

I filled in the form for a DPD parcel package, PM12659871, and was assured collection that day. No one came, nor on the 2nd day, nor on the third day, so I cancelled the order. Meanwhile, Parcel Mmonkey had taken my payment of Β£46.21. When I asked for a refund they tried yto fob me off saying it wasn't a tmed packkage, (?), I saiid it was simle, they had taken the money and not provided any service at all. They agreed this was so, and promised a refund shortly. Since then, a month later, nothing.

Avoid this company! I paid for 24 hour delivery, and the courier used through parcel monkey still hasn't collected the item - I have been told it will be 4 days until it is collected! This is extremely late. I had to reimburse the buyer of the item and Parcel Monkey state there is no compensation for late collection. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have used this service a couple of times - but I won’t again. It is very stressful, you have an easier booking process but then if there are any questions after there is zero service and if you were direct with the carrier you would have the tracking number and could query, My recent booking was Cali to Ireland - which went from Cali to Chicago with FedEx and then (found out after) DHL international- but the 5 day service is now 10 days and no updates other than delivered in Chicago. Parcel Monkey keep saying they have raised the query but never get back to you. Total disaster and stressful and pointless

Terrible... I booked a service with them and paid. They cancelled without any reason. When I asked for a reason, they ignored me. I was then given a time limit to accept the refund that they should've sent automatically. I was not informed of the need to accept the refund and only discovered it as I was following up. Their offer of a discount on future bookings comes across as sneaky as the subscription part is in small print. In general I don't like the way they operate and won't be coming back.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. I was using them for business and have had 4 international shipments refused and returned with no clear reason why. I used THEIR forms to print the documents and they won't refund me so I'm going to small claims court. No customer service phone number you can only 'chat' and it takes them a week or more to respond.

Terrible Experience. Terrible experience with this company. I sent a pair of mountain bike rims off using UPS from Nottingham to Essex, with two tyres included in the packing. The original fee after I paid for extra insurance was Β£26.62 which I was happy to pay. Ten days later an additional charge has gone out of my account to Parcel Monkey for Β£174.35!? To be clear here, I added accurate dimensions and weight to the item I sent off, but nothing can justify this extra cost which I am seemingly powerless to stop going out of my account. Contacting the company directly seems to be useless, I'm not sure what there is I can do, but hopefully if you're reading this it will dissuade you from every using using this firm, because it seems to me they're stealing money from their customers, and a quick search online tells me I'm not the only one. AVOID!!!!

The worst, most dishonest and awful company I've ever dealt with. Absolutely horrendous experience. Go direct to the courier! My parcel was stuck in customs for 50 days and no communication. They blamed UPS and didn't want anything to do with it. Now they have said it's been destroyed!!! They refused to give me compensation or a refund as the items sent were on their restricted list. They list nearly all items that you would post, even when UPS allow these to be sent. They do this purposely to avoid paying compensation or refunding if something goes wrong. Its like ordering a taxi that's doesn't turn up. They blame you and say, our T&C's state if it doesn't arrive it's not our fault but still charging you. Total scammers
