I was sending xmas presents to my daughter who is travelling in Australia. i used parcel monkey and put that one of the gifts was perfume. The parcel was returned to me by parcelforce as perfume is not allowed to be sent. They attached a letter saying that i can claim the postage back minus £20 handling fee, i paid £64. Parcel monkey are refusing to refund the difference. Disgusting customer service.

Parcel Monkey UK. Did not collect my parcel as paid for. I then cancelled and used another service. Parcel Monkey then said they couldn't issue a refund because the parcel had been collected, even though their own tracking showed it hadn't been picked up. I got in touch with the carrier myself (DX), and they also confirmed, via email, that the parcel was not collected. Weeks later I am still waiting for my refund, and they have since ignored my repeated requests for my refund, or even a response. No contact, nothing. In future I will pay that little extra to go directly with the carrier.

I experienced an unacceptable service failure from Parcel Monkey over a three-week period. The package was only delivered because the recipient was forced to file a complaint with the Saudi Public Transport Authority (PTA), proving PM's support is nonexistent. Core Facts of Parcel Monkey's Failure: 1. Contract Fraud: I paid PM for Home Delivery, but the service booked was Economy. When the carrier (SPL) refused to deliver, PM refused to intervene, stating they could not force their contractor to honor the service I paid for! 2. Immediate Neglect: Due to the carrier's error (failure to send a code), the shipment (Tracking: CA001514903JE) was flagged for return. When I contacted PM immediately for intervention, they provided no help, ensuring the package remained stuck in the return process for weeks. 3. Refusal to Resolve & Financial Penalty: For three weeks, PM ignored all escalation requests (including for a Manager), and informed me there is additional fees to get the package back to me or disposal at no additional cost! This company is deceitful regarding the service they sell and will completely abandon you if an error occurs. I advise everyone to avoid Parcel Monkey. They fully deserve their failing rating (F on BBB).

I have never seen such a joke of a customer service. 4 days in a row they claimed to book a collection with Parcel Force between 8am and 6pm, impossible to track if they actually did, but surely not a call, not a card, not an email on every single day. Yet they would tell you to wait and advise they have no clue why no one came, rebooking a new delivery for the following day asking you to reprint all custom paperwork and labels every single time. The second I started to say the service was slightly disappointing as it would force one to stay at home all day waiting for an hypothetical collection 4 days in a row was starting to be annoying the reply was you can cancel and book with another carrier… Semi efficient communication channels either via live chat (the rude one telling you to go away if you are not happy) or a message ticket based that simply reply automatic messages after a few hours saying wverything is in hand and will be fine (when it is clearly not in hand as nothing is happening). A joke of a business that is proving a total scam and can not be trusted in any way, run away!

I was quoted a price of $31.00 to ship my product. It was a large envelope with 3 child size sundresses in it for my granddaughter. Shipping to England from the US. They tell you there is a possibility there could be additional charges. After the package was delivered I got an email from Parcel Monkey stating they had charged me an additional $49.37 with no explanation. I've tried to reach PM and they did not respond. I started researching and found several instances where this company has done this, seemingly with no explanation. I'm deeply disappointed and see no reason that my small package would have cost $80.00 to ship. They're supposedly a cheaper way to ship than USPS and UPS, they're not!! Bait and switch.

AVOID at all costs for international shipping from USA!!! They charge you, but your parcel will not be delivered. It will go in circles within USA and then be returned back to you undelivered. Then their Customer services team, will refuse to assist in any way to help find a solution - they will simply tell you to take it up with the courier, when you paid them directly for a service. They don't understand export regulations and will give you inadequate forms to attach to your parcel, that will be rejected by customs. This company should be investigated for malpractice. A super frustrating and expensive lesson. Never again!

I sent a package from USA to Australia, value of contents was $12.50. Postage was approximately $50. Package held by Australian customs for inspection, cost was $194.00. Many messages later and I was charged $194.00 for destruction of package. Still receiving messages now asking for further payment. Don’t waste your money on Parcel Monkey. Terrible customer service and communication. Pay extra and ship your package with USPS, FedEx or UPS. At least you know it will arrive safely without ridiculous extra charges.

I spent $55.24 to ship a package from New York to Rio de Janeiro which contained a book as a gift. The package was shipped on 11 March with full customs documentation that listed the address, telephone number and Brazilian tax ID for the recipient. The package was returned on 16 April (the recipient was never contacted by either Parcel Monkey nor customs). As of 10 June, I have still not received back the package and am out the shipping cost plus the cost of the book inside the package: total loss $75.24. I've contacted Parcel Monkey several times via their customer support and the response is automated gibberish. It was my first time using Parcel Monkey and I won't be using them again. Beware! No customer support if there is a problem.

FedEx - Failed to Accept Package Useless - don't rely on these Monkeys for urgent anything. After carefully filling in everything and getting to the drop-off location, the package was refused due to "Does not have Digital Clearance" Your help desk told me to try a different drop-off location. The same refusal was provided. Clearly, something is wrong with your integration with FedEx. My advice is to stay well clear, as this was time-critical. Go directly to Parcel Force - much better and more reliable service.

my package has been missing for over a month — and the worst part is, no one even knows where it is. Absolutely disgraceful. It’s been almost OVER a full month and they still haven’t delivered my package. Choosing to work with the company was clearly a huge mistake. First, they told me the package was damaged. Then they said it actually wasn’t, and that it would be delivered. Multiple times, they told me—after countless messages and calls—that the package would be delivered to a specific location on a specific date. Every single time, that turned out to be a LIE. NOTHING was ever delivered. I WASTED my time and energy going back and forth for absolutely nothing. Then, unbelievably, they told me the package was “LOST.” they told me to follow up again, which I did—and for the past two weeks, I’ve heard nothing but the same empty excuse: that the package is still MISSING. To this day, nobody can even tell me where it is. How can a logistics company just lose a package and have NO CLUE where it is? It’s outrageous. And then they have the audacity to tell me they “contacted the carrier but received NO update”? If they cant even get information from their own carrier, maybe they shouldn’t be in this business at all. Stop wasting people’s time and stop causing this kind of stress and damage.

Absolutely abysmal service. 6 Weeks passed, and despite attaching all of the documents Parcelmonkey requested me to, the parcel was returned. The end courier was completely uncontactable throughout the process, and had no idea where the parcel even was. Parcelmonkey, laughably, now refuse to refund the service. AVOID.

Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Lost my parcel, took no responsibility, took them four months to start a claim, then they just ignored all messages completely. Avoid at all costs. The second something goes wrong they will not help you at all.

They kept my parcel for 2 months, then returned claiming the destination address was wrong, it was written exactly as per the post office details for my address, it was damaged on return, no refund for mistakes, in general their support took a week to respond to each query.

Been waiting a month for a parcel from uk to USA. Keep getting we are looking for it and will report back in 48 hours. And the seller got a response saying it will be delivered in 48hours Haven’t heard from them in 3 days. All to save a few bucks in shipping the seller now need to remake my order and ship it again with a real shipping company (UPS,FedEx). The seller will s now losing money. I feel bad for him but it was his mistake trying to save a few dollars.

This company is fine if you don't need something to be delivered in any hurry or don't mind your items being at a much higher chance of being lost, since it's dealing with third-party companies as well. There is a reason it is so cheap after all. I recently decided to use them since I needed to ship about 60 pounds, 2 duffle bags, and personal goods overseas. I paid for the shipping insurance also. After about a week or so, I got a message from the company saying with no empathy whatsoever, unfortunately, we regret that your packages have been lost... and that was it, nothing else. I had to reach out several times to get any more information. Only after, did they say they would file a claim for me to UPS. I waited about 2 weeks then reached out again. Once more, only when I reached out to them did they now tell me I had to file the claim myself. In the fine print, it does state claims must be filed within 5 days of any issue, damages, lost items etc. So this is obviously past that time frame, wondering why would they lie AND not reach out to me for those 5 days. Most likely so they would not have to pay out the money to refund and reconcile for the lost packages' value, which everything is well over $1,000. Why pay for the insurance if they will not do anything, literally, if something happens? I am still trying with UPS directly but now I know you do pay for what you get and I will not be using this service any longer, no matter how cheap they quote you for prices to ship anything. I would much rather just pay the airlines extra to bring with me personally. Again, if you are shipping things that you can afford to take a much bigger risk with "lost" packages then it's fine for the money you save compared to directly with couriers but if it is anything of importance, please do not use this service trust me. If they can lose 2 duffle bags over 60 pounds, I am sure they will lose a small box if you decide to use them, and what's just as bad is that they do not seem to care a t - a l l

AVOID Over charging scam. I paid £23 for two 30kg parcels delivered. The parcels only weighed 12kg so now they have charged an extra £100 excess weight. This company is a scam, they add anything they want to your card payment after 10 days. AVOID these scammer.

1 star just because easy to use their comparing site... but after I paid £ 28 for a small parcel expressdelivery from UK to Sweden and got confirmation of it, parcel label NEVER arrived... so, panicked as it should be next day collection... and sent message about it and they simple cancelled and offered refund... when I accepted the refund their message was simple 'OK, the accounts will deal with it', nothing about sorry we messed up so immediate refund as a minimum standard... very disappointed, if I do not chase them for the label then how long I would wait for the NOTHING??? I ended up to go directly to the courier service prover website and ordered delivery through them, label emailed instantly, so hopefully it will be on it's way...
