my package has been missing for over a month — and the worst part is, no one even knows where it is. Absolutely disgraceful.
It’s been almost OVER a full month and they still haven’t delivered my package. Choosing to work with the company was clearly a huge mistake. First, they told me the package was damaged. Then they said it actually wasn’t, and that it would be delivered. Multiple times, they told me—after countless messages and calls—that the package would be delivered to a specific location on a specific date. Every single time, that turned out to be a LIE. NOTHING was ever delivered. I WASTED my time and energy going back and forth for absolutely nothing. Then, unbelievably, they told me the package was “LOST.” they told me to follow up again, which I did—and for the past two weeks, I’ve heard nothing but the same empty excuse: that the package is still MISSING. To this day, nobody can even tell me where it is. How can a logistics company just lose a package and have NO CLUE where it is? It’s outrageous. And then they have the audacity to tell me they “contacted the carrier but received NO update”? If they cant even get information from their own carrier, maybe they shouldn’t be in this business at all. Stop wasting people’s time and stop causing this kind of stress and damage.
