FedEx - Failed to Accept Package
Useless - don't rely on these Monkeys for urgent anything. After carefully filling in everything and getting to the drop-off location, the package was refused due to "Does not have Digital Clearance"
Your help desk told me to try a different drop-off location. The same refusal was provided.
Clearly, something is wrong with your integration with FedEx.
My advice is to stay well clear, as this was time-critical.
Go directly to Parcel Force - much better and more reliable service.
