The fact that the parcels are not returned to the sender if not delivered is disgusting. I do not think a lot of customers realise what happens if not delivered. That they will be charged again plus admin fees, or you will Destroy parcel ???. WHY ???? WHY NOT SEND THEM STRAIGHT BACK TO SENDER ??? BECAUSE YOU ARE CHARGING MORE MONEY .....THATS WHY. RIP OFF.
