“Awful all these good reviews must be fake. We payed for parcel monkey to return a package to amazon. Firstly amazon never recieved the package, then the company chaged more money. They will con you out of everything. DO NOT USE THEM. UNTRUSTWORTHY”
“Fake discount website, don't waste your time. You are presented with a list of different couriers and a price estimate for each (based on weight alone), so naturally you see what the cheapest one offers. After entering more package details, the estimate suddenly shoots up. So you think, maybe now one of the other couriers will be cheaper. But no matter which you pick, the estimated price is now the exact same. Waste of time.”
“Paid for an oversize item, I even over estimated weight by 4 kg. Apparently package was bigger (which is impossible as have checked manufacture specs etc) Without permission my card details were used to take out a further £100 and PM have refused to help. I ended up paying in excess of £130 (inc orriinal postage) for goods worth £100”
“DO NOT USE. Collected my parcel, stated they delivered it, but they had not delivered it. Then admitted that they lost my parcel. Played me about chronically and tricked me with the insurance claim, sending me an insurance claim form for a 3rd party, then telling me I had 48 hours to fill out another second insurance claim, which I questioned as to why. then they claimed I was too late for insurance claim. Im now having to pursue via small claims court and will report to trading standards. you have be warned. ITS A SCAM. DO NOT USE”
“Useless. They sell you the same service for a little less having removed most of the insurance value. When the idiot carriers claim a parcel is overweight and charge them they take it on the chin on your behalf and charge you without warning having no evidence to show for the claim.
Utterly useless and they are not that sharp either so are a nightmare to talk to as it's like groundhog day every day you try to resolve it.”

“Sending a package has never been such a nightmare before. I chose the function of wrapping in film, but they did not, and the box came wrinkled in the corners! They lied that the recipient refused the parcel, but the parcel did not even reach its destination. They don't want to deal with it, but shipping was expensive. I do not advise anyone and will never use their service again, I lost a lot of money”
“Do not even deserve 1 star they managed to allow the carrier to loose my parcel, then couldn't even be bothered to try locate it. Absolutely the worst company I came acrossed! I ordered a parcel to be delivered to Czech Republic as I wanted to send some Christmas present to my family. The courier picked up my parcel on 14th December (standart delivery up to 7 days). My family didnt received any package and I never heard from them since pick up so I contacted them today (23rd December). I was told my package is shown as "parcel for return" as there was some issues and they could not send it. My question was why I wasn't contacted before and not until I contacted them we could avoid any trouble? Tomorrow is Christmas Day in my country so it's too late to send it and even though I am flying tomorrow home I cannot take the presents with me as I will receive them in like one week time as I was told by costumer service. So save yourself the trouble by hiring this company. We gonna have christmas without presents. Thank you so much Parcel Monkey UK”
“Do not ever use Parcel Monkey. They are not a reliable service. I am still waiting for a small parcel sent from the UK to Italy. That was 6 weeks ago and the tracking report just states that it arrived in delivery country. I am still waiting, and cannot see it being delivered to me by xmas, if ever!!!!!
Parcel monkey lacks a proper customer service/ customer care process. They are an extremely poor company to have dealings with. Steer clear of them as you would do with a plague virus.”
“Really poor customer service. Booked a parcel to go to Greece. Chased for three days for it to be collected, when it was, it was delivered back to me in error. ParcelMonkey have refused to refund me as having the parcel delivered to me is me using the service. No response to any emails or a complaint letter. They are not called Monkeys for nothing. please DON'T USE THEM!”
“WARNING DO NOT USE. Sent a parcel on next day delivery, a return item, it was collected a day late as they did not show up withing their own allocated timeslot. Chased my refund two weeks later to find the parcel was still in the DHL warehouse. Advised twice that they would reattempt delivery but they did not they returned the package stating that the business had closed down. This is untrue as I sent a friend to the address who took pictures. Requested a refund plus requested to claim the insurance for the cost of the items which I can no longer return as it is out of the returns date. Every message ignored. Do not use this company or DHL the service is an absolute disgrace.”
“Shipped an item 2 weeks ago to Argos collection point. Lied and said ARGOS REFUSED delivery at 8.49am when in fact they don’t open until 9am. When I contacted Argos they had no knowledge of any attempted delivery. Constantly try to wash their hands when things go wrong and lie like it’s going out of fashion. If you want to be stress free do not use this shambolic company.”

“DAY LIGHT ROBBERY! i paid £130 for a parcel to sent from UK to Sri lanka. they collected it 5 days later , PM emailed asking to return the parcel £14.75 or dispose.

“I am absolutely appalled at Parcel Monkey who has messaged to say they have destroyed the 4 parcels which I have shipped through them (paying circa $300) from the US and intended for the UK.
In their brief communication, Parcel Monkey state that I have inaccurately completed the customs declaration and since the parcels contain cigars they have destroyed the parcels! They then followed up with a link to their Terms & Conditions - las if anyone truly reads through all the Ts&Cs!
Firstly, I have committed no crime nor am I transporting illegal goods. The parcels have not yet left US Shores and so they can simply be returned to sender if indeed they don't want to ship the contents of my parcels internationally.
Secondly, I have made the declaration that any customs charges applicable to my parcels in the UK will be paid.
Finally, they have no right to "destroy" my personal goods before writing to me to obtain clarification.
Clearly I am not convinced that they have destroyed the items as they have provided no evidence or proof despite me explicitly requesting this - they have in fact completely ignored this part of my communication in their response.
Needless to say I will not sit back and accept this. If they do not locate my items and either ship back to sender; or ship to the intended address, I will without prejudice take legal action against them.
They have provided no evidence that the parcels have been destroyed and I will be escalating this matter externally unless they recover the parcels and return to sender.
The evidence they provide must show both the time and date to verify that this was not done after I raised an issue.
In the interest of an amicable solution, I hope that they recover my parcels and either return to sender, or ship to intended address.
This is absolutely disgraceful.

“I sent my parcel via parcel monkey and they lost my parcel. It was an electric scooter which the buyer paid £565. Parcel monkey had the cheek to refund me £10.79 saying that the parcel had a battery and it was in their restricted items. I told them what was in the item prior to collecting and they went ahead and took the parcel and lied and said it was lost. Do not use this company they are theives and I have lost my money and my item. They are a rip off not a good company. Stealing peoples hard earned money”
