Paid for an oversize item, I even over estimated weight by 4 kg. Apparently package was bigger (which is impossible as have checked manufacture specs etc) Without permission my card details were used to take out a further £100 and PM have refused to help. I ended up paying in excess of £130 (inc orriinal postage) for goods worth £100
