“Absolutely awful service we had paid for two parcels to be picked up from our home address to be delivered next day in Birmingham for our twin daughter’s birthdays and no one came.
If this wasn’t bad enough I got in touch for a refund and they only refunded me for one parcel I have contacted them on several occasions and now they won’t even acknowledge my messages.
Be warned what a monkey business business.

“I had a bad experience with Parcel Monkey help center since they were unable to come close to solve my problem or even say what was the problem with my parcel. Below you can read my final message to the help center:
I was notified by the building manager of my ”sender” address that the parcel has been returned. Since Parcel Monkey has been promising me updates about the situation of my parcel and the many whys, and never delivered any answer, I can assume that this service is really rubbish. In the last weeks, I sent 9 parcels from the same address in UK to the same address in Germany, where 8 of these parcels were with another company. From those 8 parcels, whenever there was an issue regarding customs (usually they wanna more details of the content inside the box), this was always quickly solved by email or phone. All parcels arrived at the destination. The only one with Parcel Monkey/DPD fail. I think it is normal to have problems in international shipping, specially with Brexit. I probably will never know what the problem with this parcel was because Parcel Monkey do not care. The parcel is paid, right? To be safe, better to do not repeat the same mistake and hire Parcel Monkey/DPD again. I will send this parcel again, as it is, using another service. I could just change DPD for another currier inside the Parcel Monkey system but it seems to be more reasonable to just choose another company, the one that definitely deliver your parcel and really work as a middle man between contractor and currier.”

I just used them to organise the shipping of an old record player within the UK - 'Parcel Force 48' were the best carrier for me to use - but through Parcelmonkey it was far more cheaper for me to use them than pay PF48 direct!! How do they do that?? Highly recommended and will defo use PM again - why pay more????”
