Absolutely awful service we had paid for two parcels to be picked up from our home address to be delivered next day in Birmingham for our twin daughter’s birthdays and no one came.
If this wasn’t bad enough I got in touch for a refund and they only refunded me for one parcel I have contacted them on several occasions and now they won’t even acknowledge my messages.
Be warned what a monkey business business.
I have left the consignment number so hopefully they will refund me and finally put an end to this. PM10441756
