I sent my parcel via parcel monkey and they lost my parcel. It was an electric scooter which the buyer paid £565. Parcel monkey had the cheek to refund me £10.79 saying that the parcel had a battery and it was in their restricted items. I told them what was in the item prior to collecting and they went ahead and took the parcel and lied and said it was lost. Do not use this company they are theives and I have lost my money and my item. They are a rip off not a good company. Stealing peoples hard earned money

Incompetent liars with no interest in actually finding your package if it gets lost. My package got damaged in transit on the day it was due for delivery, i was told that it was will arrive at their warehouse within 24/48 hours; This was never case as the tracking showed that it had been back and forth on a delivery van between the sending and receving depot mutliple times. They had contradicted themselves so many times that i no longer believed a word they said. 4 weeks later, i get told my package is lost and theres nothing they can do to help. Attempted to raise a complaint many times but they dont seem to acknowledge. By not having a phone number, they can hide behind their 'support centre' as they know there's nothing anyone can do if they get conned by them. I lost £300 due to their incompitence as they refused to accept responsibility for their actions. Absolute disgrace of a company. Would get better service using a carrier pigeon.

Absoulutely awful customer experience. Having shipped a few packages through Parcel Monkey, each time is more troublesome. Either customs issues, or the measurements/weight. My last package, I was charged an extra £35 because the weight was declared as 6.6KG, when all I shipped was a pair of glasses (weighed at 1.5KG!!) Customer services are awful also, it is as though they just copy and paste the reply, asking me to send pictures of the parcel, when, I sent that weeks ago, so of course the parcel is now disposed as my friend did not keep it. Therefore, they do not even acknowledge that I no longer have the parcel, and and will not help whatsoever. Overall, you are so much better of going direct through reputable couriers, the pricing is literally the same. I have seen several other reviews like mine, so if I were you, just go to a reputable courier and do it direct, rather than this 3rd party awful service.

Poor service - they don't speak English - lost a parcel with over $300 worth of goods. Only refunded me for the shipment cost. Stupid ass courier company and customer service.

The worst ever The worst ever. It has been 21 days since the package was shipped but still not delivered, even though it was supposed to be 3-5 days delivery. When contacted the customer service, they are not very responsive and shifting the blame on the carrier. After the package has been shipped, they charged extra to my credit card. This is a very dubious service. Use it for your own peril.

Their insurance is a hoax. Package lost. It happens. I bought $1000 insurance and 6 months later still fighting to get my money. Scammers!!!!! Never ship anything of value with them. Use Shippo instead. Their insurance is legit.

Sent a parcel off with parcel monkey last week. The parcel arrived battered and bashed about by the courier. The person who purchased the item (820 pound synthesiser for the record with fragile written all over) sent me pictures showing the state DX delivered my parcel in. To make matters worse the synthesiser is no longer working correctly so I’ve had to issue a refund for the item and the synthesiser is returning to me broken. I paid extra for compensation should anything go wrong and was just told by parcel monkey to wrap my parcels up better in future. I found this very condescending as a long time eBay seller who takes pride in the safety and presentation of my parcels. Very disappointed and as a long time user of Parcel Monkeys services I will no longer be using them.

Do not use Parcel Monkey! I paid $271.94 to have an international shipment returned which Parcel Monkey failed to authorize. I then canceled the shipment and requested a refund which Parcel Monkey failed to provide after 5 business days. I have now filed a PayPal claim to get my refund.

Please please do not use this company! We paid out £50 to send our item to a customer only for it to arrive late and damaged. The customer waited all day and the driver decided to leave the parcel outside without even making an attempt to let the customer know there was a delivery - hardly surprising given the way our item arrived to the customer - they should be ashamed of themselves! We have now been going through a refund process for over a month with no outcome and parcelmonkey refusing to take any ownership of its massive failings.

After reading these reviews I consider myself lucky that my parcel did actually arrive, all be it after a tour of Australia, after it had been addressed to Adelaide instead of Brisbane! They have also taken an unauthorised payment from my credit card

Sent Oak flooring via Parcel Monkey which I specified was on a pallet. The courier was DX who turned up without a pallet truck causing it to be picked up a day late. The items were plastic wrapped when loaded onto the truck which we have photographs of. When the items returned to the warehouse the plastic wrapping had vanished and the boxes were badly damaged with loose planks of wood all over the place. Parcel Monkey refuse to take liability of this as they can’t do anything for “damaged boxes”. Shoddy service from both DX and Parcel Monkey

I had a bad experience with Parcel Monkey help center since they were unable to come close to solve my problem or even say what was the problem with my parcel. Below you can read my final message to the help center: I was notified by the building manager of my ”sender” address that the parcel has been returned. Since Parcel Monkey has been promising me updates about the situation of my parcel and the many whys, and never delivered any answer, I can assume that this service is really rubbish. In the last weeks, I sent 9 parcels from the same address in UK to the same address in Germany, where 8 of these parcels were with another company. From those 8 parcels, whenever there was an issue regarding customs (usually they wanna more details of the content inside the box), this was always quickly solved by email or phone. All parcels arrived at the destination. The only one with Parcel Monkey/DPD fail. I think it is normal to have problems in international shipping, specially with Brexit. I probably will never know what the problem with this parcel was because Parcel Monkey do not care. The parcel is paid, right? To be safe, better to do not repeat the same mistake and hire Parcel Monkey/DPD again. I will send this parcel again, as it is, using another service. I could just change DPD for another currier inside the Parcel Monkey system but it seems to be more reasonable to just choose another company, the one that definitely deliver your parcel and really work as a middle man between contractor and currier.

do not whatever ever you do use parcel monkey ,they have just returned a item saying no hs number to go to usa which you have to do on form to have it accepted charged me £96 for delivery said no HS number charged me £12 to return it (from usa in 1 day yes 1 day ,,never seen usa ,rip off people and will not give you a phone number £108 down so lesson learned ,,,DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS

This is one of the worst logistics platforms that I have ever used in my 10 years of service in e-commerce. There is a lack of updates and lack of service recovery combined with multiple failed pickup attempts. I have suffered a delay of an urgent import shipment for 10 days and there seems to be no initiative from support staff for prompt updates. Our client has had to wait 3 days, after office hours for multiple pick ups that never happen. This has caused lots of stress for our operations team who has to apologize to our client without support from Parcel Money. Absolute waste of our manpower and embarrassment of our company.

Most infuriating internet interface I've ever come across. Wasted two hours of my time and eventually gave up. I wouldn't use this company if they shipped stuff for FREE...!!

I setup a collection from Parcel Monkey and prepared labels as they instructed, for collection the day after. No one came, no notification or email. I contacted customer service via 'chat' - you can't speak to them over the phone. The collection was rescheduled for the next day. 2 hours left until their collection deadline of 6pm the next day, again no one was there to collect. I spoke to customer service via chat - all they could say was they contacted DPD and hadn't got a response. Turns out they can't even call DPD, even though DPD has a contact number on their website. They mentioned they dont have 'phone support' with the couriers. With 2 hours or less left in the day, you can't call Parcel Monkey, they can't tell you where the courier is, they can't even call DPD! It's strange as DPD will text you and give you an hour slot, but Parcel Monkey seems like they can't relay that - who knows, I had two missed collections and I got no notification from them. Why would anyone trust Parcel Monkey with their valuable parcels if they receive this kind of service? I would not recommend, only positive thing was I got my refund back. However even for the refund you have to log back in to your account and 'accept' it. Very different from other companies, very strange.

My parcel is showing in transit for two weeks now , I think it’s lost , and yea you can’t contact theme , no phone number , no email ….. avoid , me to I was conned by the fake reviews in other sites !!!! Crazy , this is monkey Bussiness , lost a parcel worth 400£ !!!! It was a gift for my Nephews, disgusting .
