Incompetent liars with no interest in actually finding your package if it gets lost. My package got damaged in transit on the day it was due for delivery, i was told that it was will arrive at their warehouse within 24/48 hours; This was never case as the tracking showed that it had been back and forth on a delivery van between the sending and receving depot mutliple times. They had contradicted themselves so many times that i no longer believed a word they said. 4 weeks later, i get told my package is lost and theres nothing they can do to help. Attempted to raise a complaint many times but they dont seem to acknowledge. By not having a phone number, they can hide behind their 'support centre' as they know there's nothing anyone can do if they get conned by them. I lost £300 due to their incompitence as they refused to accept responsibility for their actions. Absolute disgrace of a company. Would get better service using a carrier pigeon.
