Please please do not use this company! We paid out £50 to send our item to a customer only for it to arrive late and damaged. The customer waited all day and the driver decided to leave the parcel outside without even making an attempt to let the customer know there was a delivery - hardly surprising given the way our item arrived to the customer - they should be ashamed of themselves!
We have now been going through a refund process for over a month with no outcome and parcelmonkey refusing to take any ownership of its massive failings.
