Useless. They sell you the same service for a little less having removed most of the insurance value. When the idiot carriers claim a parcel is overweight and charge them they take it on the chin on your behalf and charge you without warning having no evidence to show for the claim.
Utterly useless and they are not that sharp either so are a nightmare to talk to as it's like groundhog day every day you try to resolve it.
