Terrible terrible service. Override and mess up Parcelforce collections. Change labels without telling you and slow response times with awful chat support ( Someone called 'Hans' sarcastic and rude ).
My stupid mistake for using them and not Parcelforce directly. while Parcelforce apologise and will issue a full refund for non collection - Parcelmonkey wont pass on the refund and keep the money.
Avoid and use couriers directly.
