No transparency with customs costs after parcel is sent. I booked with DHL using express, I measured the dimensions of the box with a tape measure and weighed it, yet I was charged extra on top of customs charges for not providing accurate information. It’s DHL’s words against mine, total bs, can’t prove anything. The extra cost was deducted from my credit card without my permission or any prior notification or consultation, and a vague invoice. Total scammers, beware. Do not use Parcel Monkey or DHL, they will keep pinging you, and you can’t stop them.
