I filled in the form for a DPD parcel package, PM12659871, and was assured collection that day. No one came, nor on the 2nd day, nor on the third day, so I cancelled the order. Meanwhile, Parcel Mmonkey had taken my payment of £46.21. When I asked for a refund they tried yto fob me off saying it wasn't a tmed packkage, (?), I saiid it was simle, they had taken the money and not provided any service at all. They agreed this was so, and promised a refund shortly. Since then, a month later, nothing.
