The end courier was completely uncontactable throughout the process, and had no idea where the parcel even was. Parcelmonkey, laughably, now refuse to refund the service. AVOID. ”

“ Why pay for the insurance if they will not do anything, literally, if something happens? I am still trying with UPS directly but now I know you do pay for what you get and I will not be using this service any longer, no matter how cheap they quote you for prices to ship anything. ”

No customer service phone number you can only 'chat' and it takes them a week or more to respond. ”
