I ordered a coat along with other items got email to collect parcel. When I open bag at home coat missing £44. I received no email to say it would be delivered separately. Rang customer services was informed it was on its way. 2 weeks later still nothing rang again to be informed it’s lost. No emails updated me. Now coat is out of stock. Terrible service from Peacocks. The delivery service is also very slow.

Paid for express delivery 1-2 days. After 4 days I still had no order. After 7 days I had half of my order. Told to expect the second half in a week. Shocking customer service both in webchat and phone. No response to complaint email either.

Paid for express delivery but an absolute con as the courier turned out to be Evri who have, as far as I'm concerned, never managed to deliver a standard parcel on time let alone a 2 day delivery.

Very poor as order placed days ago now received an e mail stating only ordered today (days later) being standard delivery this has added upto an extra 5 days for the items to be received not good.

I ordered 2 items online for delivery to my local store. This was 27th Nov 22 and I emailed to find out when it will be delivered. Eventually emailed back to say it had been delivered to my store. It has not I've checked twice, lady at the shop checked the system and said its still in transit. Tried emailing and calling , on hold for 40mins each time. I just want a refund!

Impossible to return any items, there return process via evri (who for a parcel delivery co go out of there way not to take or deliver your parcel) is impossible to navigate, the only other option is by Royal Mail which costs a fortune, surely there is an easier way for Peacocks to do returns!!! do not buy.
