I ordered 2 items online for delivery to my local store. This was 27th Nov 22 and I emailed to find out when it will be delivered. Eventually emailed back to say it had been delivered to my store. It has not I've checked twice, lady at the shop checked the system and said its still in transit. Tried emailing and calling , on hold for 40mins each time. I just want a refund!

Impossible to return any items, there return process via evri (who for a parcel delivery co go out of there way not to take or deliver your parcel) is impossible to navigate, the only other option is by Royal Mail which costs a fortune, surely there is an easier way for Peacocks to do returns!!! do not buy.

Delivery was slow, T shirts were of noticeably poorer quality than others purchased elsewhere for less money.

I ordered items in the morning before the ‘3pm’ express delivery to have next day I also payed extra to have it delivered the following day.

Customer service do not reply to emails. Expect a long wait for delivery although they advertise as 3-5 working days. I will reporting them to ASA

delivery went to an address over 100 miles away, no interest in resolving quickly,shoddy claim form with no space to explain what went wrong. customer service disinterested, stores are ok but their online service is just awful.

I was expecting and paid for next day delivery, ( purchased yesterday@1130 ) when checking my order its still being prossessed

Had to wait 2 weeks for a delivery that was supposed to be here in 3 days! Not the first time Peacocks have been a huge let down when it comes to delivery
