Absolute shocking customer service a joke ! Purchased two jumpers one completely fell apart in two hours of wear under seams of the arms and body. Bearing in mind I’d paid postage £3.99 to get the goods delivered. Then I pay another £3.99 to return their faulty jumper which after over 30 emails they still have not paid back this apparently is a common occurrence with them.! Never again would I use this joke of a company 😡😡

I ordered five matching family Christmas pyjamas from Peacocks online (2 x M and 3 x L). Instead, I received only four matching sets—2 x M and 2 x L—plus one completely different item: a men’s lounge set in size Small, a totally different design and cheaper than what I originally paid for, yet charged as if it were correct. I can only imagine the thought process while packing the order: “Five matching family PJs? Nah, let’s spice things up with a lucky dip item instead." Now I’m just hoping customer services can send the correct set. Otherwise, it’s back to returning the whole lot and restarting the hunt for family Christmas pyjamas—because nothing says festive fun like unexpected admin.

I found a jumper I loved but there were none in my size. Peter and Sharma went to great lengths to find me one at another store. Peter left a message to say that they had managed to source one and Peter had even driven to Newport from Shanklin Isle of Wight to collect it for me. Great customer service xx Thank you. Always I friendly face to serve you 😊

Customer service absolutely useless.7 weeks of phone calls and promises,of we will escalate and nothing happens.I have a voucher that money has disappeared from and I was asked if I had spent it and forgotten .Never ending.

I ordered a coat along with other items got email to collect parcel. When I open bag at home coat missing £44. I received no email to say it would be delivered separately. Rang customer services was informed it was on its way. 2 weeks later still nothing rang again to be informed it’s lost. No emails updated me. Now coat is out of stock. Terrible service from Peacocks. The delivery service is also very slow.

I brought burgundy kate legging material is rubish wash once gone all funny left mark all over cart remove and the amount off dye come out washing dont wash with other stuff. try ask refund no joy cart were there do not bye sad no refund available worn once 18 waste i have load photo won't let upload

I would like to say a big well done to the staff in Peacocks always polite and smiley. A special thank you to Peter and Sharna I had my heart set on a jumper in store that was not in my size they emailed out to other branches to check stock. The next day one was found in Newport and Peter collected it for me I was so pleased they really did go that extra mile. xx

Paid for express delivery 1-2 days. After 4 days I still had no order. After 7 days I had half of my order. Told to expect the second half in a week. Shocking customer service both in webchat and phone. No response to complaint email either.

I bought some cotton briefs and while the assistant was busy telling me the obvious ie not refundable he forgot to take the security tag off been a bit deaf I thought I heard alarm going off as I walked out but thought it can't be me I've just paid for mine so I carried on home but then to my shock horror the security tag is still attached so now when I get time I have to go back in to Bilston to get the tag removed and to make sure they have not classed me as a shoplifter Dave M

I went into the Beeston store today. Found exactly what I wanted, but they didn't have the size I needed. The lovely assistant phoned the Long Eaton branch and they had the size I needed, so she asked them to put it aside for me. I collected it shortly afterwards. Excellent service ........

Peacocks in pwllheli was a really happy experience. The two lady assistance serving me were very helpful, bubbly and chatty. They made my experience in the shop a fun few minutes and just made it a very enjoyable visit. Very friendly and i look forward to shopping there again xx

Purchased 2 items online as they are not available in store at the timeneither of the item was fitting me, and to return it is £2.99 via Evri-such a rip off, I will not be buying again from Peacock.

Paid for express delivery but an absolute con as the courier turned out to be Evri who have, as far as I'm concerned, never managed to deliver a standard parcel on time let alone a 2 day delivery.
