Upset on opening my parcel to find a smashed coat hanger inside had made holes in the top I’d ordered. I emailed customer service along with photos of the damage. Finally received what looked like a stock reply stating that if I was unsatisfied with order I was to return it at my own expense. As I’m elderly & isolating I certainly won’t be returning it within 14 days.
