Disgusting customer service,store manager followed me around shop,very intimidating ,can’t even browse these days!!!!!,accusing me of shoplifting ,how dare she ,asked for cctv, an apology ,got nothing!!!! She is a vile person who doesn’t deserve a job!!!!

Ordered pyjamas three pairs for Xmas didn’t get them emailed about 8 times rang kept on hold for over 45 mins no one ever answers sick of it now quick enough taking your money when your order absolute disgrace

I ordered 2 items online for delivery to my local store. This was 27th Nov 22 and I emailed to find out when it will be delivered. Eventually emailed back to say it had been delivered to my store. It has not I've checked twice, lady at the shop checked the system and said its still in transit. Tried emailing and calling , on hold for 40mins each time. I just want a refund!

Beware if you use PayPal which alot of us do to buy things from peacocks online & you take it back to a store you cannot get a refund I was told it was on the paperwork in the parcel but it most def doesn't tell you that Why would you buy from peacocks

Tried to purchase clothing using a Scottish note and they refused!! No signage at all in store to say I could not use the Scottish notes! No manager in store either to complain to? How bizarre Assistant didn’t know how to check the note correctly? Isn’t this in with the training?

Several long phone calls, kept on hold, to find out why EVRI couldn't deliver my order. Finally gave up, Peacocks assured me they would recall parcel and refund me.didn't happen, had a message from EVRI to say parcel was on my doorstep..5 days before coming back from Spain! Peacocks didn't refund the parcel, as promised, didn't refund postage. Sent numerous e mails, rang again to be told they are too busy answering calls to address e mails !!! Will not be using Peacocks online again. Appalling communication, terrible experience.

Impossible to return any items, there return process via evri (who for a parcel delivery co go out of there way not to take or deliver your parcel) is impossible to navigate, the only other option is by Royal Mail which costs a fortune, surely there is an easier way for Peacocks to do returns!!! do not buy.

Order cancelled but still arrived and wrong size. No communication. No customer care. Will not be spending again with Peacocks.

I went into my local store (Huntingdon) today around lunchtime all 3 members of staff were huddled together in the children's department chit chatting . We had to ask for service on the till by now there was 5 customers in the queue ! This is t the first time Iv come away dissatisfied, my previous visit the two larger ladies were talking about their personal life’s & actually mentioned someone I know ! This happened at the side of the tills !

CUSTOMER CARE NOT ANSWERING EMAILS I HAVE BEEN FULLY CHARGED FOR TWO ITEMS NOT SUPPLIED HAD A LARGE ONLINE ORDER NEVER AGAIN. JUST LOOK AT TRUST PILOT REVIEWS YOU ARE NOT DOING THE BUSINESS ANY GOOD. TOTAL LACK OF ANY SERVICE. TERRIBLE

I have not received my refund for a product which I returned 2 weeks ago via 1st class mail. I contacted customer care (yeah right!) care I mean support and I have heard nothing after a week, followed up again and I hope to get some answer..... I will never ever be ordering from Peacocks online again!! Not worth the stress or the money you have to pay to return the items. It is Disgraceful

The website to order items wasn't easy to do but I kept trying & did it in the end. The top I ordered in small was like a tent & fitted my Daughter who is a size 14/16 but still a bit baggy & the material was thin & horrible. To return the item was so complicated I gave up trying & kept the top which will never be worn & go to a charity shop. That's the first & last time I'll order from Peacocks.

Disgusting service from them. No reply at customer service for weeks and then no help at all! Emailed ceo 3 times, no reply! Think that says it all. Will never shop with them again!

Will not accept online purchases back in store when you use PayPal and then you have to pay postage to return it, disgraceful customer service, put the phone down on me!!

Order on the 19th October still haven’t received my parcel that I spent over £50. Asked for them to re send it and told me they refunded me. still waiting for My money and a email back

Very happy with khaki mesh trainers bought for gym work, would have preferred plain laces. Quality and fit were good for price paid.
