Spent £125 in store then had to order some items online, another £100 so ended up returning a few items to store. Can't explain how awful the experience was, the lady at Parkstone was so rude. Are you returning all that. I was so taken aback I said yes, is that a problem. It has really put me off buying at Peacocks again. I've got 1 item left to return now and couldn't do it in store as I paid by PayPal so having to pay £2.99. Absolutely ridiculous when I'd already driven 10 miles to my nearest store. Made me feel so awful in the store.

Had a good experience. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans and couples tops and they were decent quality. Jeans fitted really well.

Having to pay to return a item. That was in a sale. Postage cost half of item. Terrible service. Peacocks have had a sale off me because I kept the other items. Will not be ordering online from peacocks cost because the item comes up in size bigger than size stated online.

First order and I will never repeat. Shocking lack of information up front regarding returning goods. Exclusions also regarding how you pay - is this legal. Never ever purchase from this site

Terrible quality, even worse refund policy. Basically just gave Peacocks my money and they refuse to even entertain the idea of a refund. Avoid.

Did an order in Kendal store yesterday by the staff online #200208771 for a tee-shirt and paid postage on arrival home found in the receipt that a different one had been ordered black instead of the blue one I had brought to the counter! Contacted Kendal told to contact customer service waited 20 mins for phone to be answered they could cancel the order but I would have to go in store for a refund - extra petrol and parking for their mistake. Contacted Kendal and told the same obviously not run by people in the 21st century! Do not buy anything unless you want to spend a day sorting out their errors! Very expensive mistake!

Bought a pack of socks but wrong size had receipt and socks were still in packaging so impossible to have been worn but wouldn't exchange as policy so why bother give me the receipt if its useless, for a tax write of on a pair of socks, also if hygiene is the issue about returning socks what is stopping me buying a pair of trousers and running a marathon while going commando then returning them and apparently that would be acceptable take the pea out of the name and that's what your dealing with here

I brought £50 worth of goods in dec2023 I'm still waiting for them. All I keep getting in reply to my emails is that they are investigating. So be very careful when ordering from them.

I just went in to get my online clothes order & it turned into a joke.(20th Jan 2024 about 10:30 am) I was told I have no manners after defending myself against two unprofessional women(no customer service skills) & that's what I said to them. I had no Hello,please,thank you,just a dirty look,like I was at the bottom of her shoe. I asked "why are you looking at me like that"?"I only want to collect my parcel" Then I got the book slammed down & snapped questions about my order by her. "Name!" I said my name & went to give her my order number. Then she said"I said Name!" I replied "I have just told you my name!" Then the coloured hair tall woman snapped"don't talk to my colleague like that!" I didn't want my order after that & I asked for a refund & told them I won't ever shop in that store again & will be reporting them. I was replied with "Go on then & I have no manners" by the tall coloured long haired one,while the other went to get my parcel. While getting my refund,the one who said I have no manners, looked like she was sucking a lemon while serving another customer. I can now understand why Peacocks have no customers& the shop is empty, if customers are going to be treated like that. I was even wearing trousers & a jumper I bought before(been going there since 2008)most of my clothes are from peacocks. After that I went to other stores (mc dons,morrisons & wickes) had no trouble & great service. Why is this happening in your store?

Ordered £115 worth of clothing from Peacocks on 19th December, tracking said it had arrived in UK and had been delivered, but haven't received my parcel!! I am really annoyed about this as alot money for.me!!! These couriers are a nightmare, I ordered items from another company they needed a signature, they said my partner signed it even though neither of us were home and even showed a photo of (fake) signature!!! Complete joke, won't be ordering anymore online, apart from Amazon which you can collect from post office.

I would be interested to know if anyone else has experienced this. I placed and paid for an order online for various items and was assured I would receive a confirmation email. No email, so I contacted Peacocks and was told they had no record of my order or email address and it appeared I had been scammed. I checked my credit card payment and it had gone to gbfsite UK GBR. I went on Peacocks site and the site I ordered from is identical, same sale items, same prices so I had no reason to think it wasn't genuine. My credit card provider agree it's a scam. I emailed Peacocks about this but so far haven't had a response.

Rang my local store to see if they had a jacket in and they did I asked if they would save it for me which they did but the jacket had gone down from £50 to £35 but they didn’t inform me that if I didn’t collect on that day it would go back up to £50 which I thought was unfair I rang customer service to see if they could oblige but nothing not very good customer service I would not buy from peacocks again

WARNING do not buy anything on line from peacocks online. Returning stuff for free is almost imposible depending on how you pay. Spose that suits the store. 4 times times I've tried to return to the shop been turned away 4 times

I find ordering from Peacocks online difficult. All the items showing great. Pay card... Never came up anything like order placed or confirmed. .Said sent email ? Went by back and forth 3 times. Eventually got the email . Had my order confirmation. Takes so long with every detail. This is the last time ordering from them on line. ( Not the first time) Will try the order phone no. But I don't give much hope with that . As other reviews. With returns etc.waiting time on the phone !

Previous view was spot on..... the returns process is very difficult to navigate if you order on line. Even if you want to return in store, you still have to complete the online return process (at least that's how I understood how it works) and if you want to return by post or a courier then you have to pay the return postage costs!! ..... will not buy from them again

Shocking. Once you've FINALLY managed to navigate your way through the website, which I was hoping would be simpler to understand than the returns form sent with the goods I was trying to return, you then have to PAY for the privilege of returning your item. Will not be buying from Peacocks again after this charade. Honestly, I'm an educated woman, but it took me about 10 minutes reading the form, then trying to find the right bit on the website as, when you type in the suggested http address, instead of taking you to returns, it takes you to the Peacocks homepage. Shockingly bad and shockingly difficult to return items.

Tried to return an online order in store. No assistant at checkout and when she did eventually appear, no apology!!! She said in an abrupt manner that I could only return my item for and exchange as I'd paid via PayPal - there was nothing else I wanted but rather than lose my money, I ended up exchanging a blouse for slippers, an umbrella and hair bobbles!!!! Couldn't even exchange for a credit note!!!! Assistant rude, unhelpful and very sarcastic also telling me in future to read all terms and conditions - who does this!!!!! I always thought buying online gave you the right to return to store with receipt. Have been a loyal peacocks customer for many years, but will NEVER shop in store or online with them again!!! Disgusted by their policy, massive lack of customer service and staff attitude!!!!

Rude staff at Blackwood Gwent store purchased trousers and top ...top was for a friend so I gave her the receipt in case it didn't fit trousers were for myself but we're too big took them back just for a smaller size straight swop would not do it without receipt I said I'd only bought them them a few days before and paid on my card so they could check that way manager told me it was too much work and it wouldn't prove what I bought just how much I'd spent in shop ....I buy loads from there but I won't be shopping there again !!!!
