Due to not having enough stores open and the fact that with Covid everything is more difficult, I would expect to have received,the very least, an exchange or credit note for a pair of shoes that don't even fit! I am totally disappointed in your customer care and return policy of only 14 days! I will not be shopping at peacocks again and will be spreading the word of bad customer service.

Avoid at costs. Rude customer service. Just an exchange of the same products only different size instead of a refund was refused I am stack with over £60 worth of clothes that I can't use.

Horrible costumer service. All staff, including the manager are uneducated and unprofessional. Last time buying from this shop.

Bought 2 items on-line used Paypal to pay. Items were unsuitable as very unshapely and unflattering. Filled out the on-line request returns form - took into the shop as the form stated and they cannot refund as I paid via PayPal. I made a special effort to go to the shop as there was no free returns label included. I think it is absolutely disgusting that we have to pay for returns. In this current situation, all returns should be FREE. Needless to say I will never shop there again.

Upset on opening my parcel to find a smashed coat hanger inside had made holes in the top I’d ordered. I emailed customer service along with photos of the damage. Finally received what looked like a stock reply stating that if I was unsatisfied with order I was to return it at my own expense. As I’m elderly & isolating I certainly won’t be returning it within 14 days. The last time I buy anything from Peacocks.

If i could give a zero i would. 2 days out of the return date as I A) wasn't aware of it B) work shifts and long hours as a key worker in the mental health sector I haven't got money to waste and will never shop here again...apalling

I ordered some shoes for my wife over a week ago tried to co tact them to see what was happening but all the keep putting is my email doesn't exist yet they send me offer all the time on it,very disappointing.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered on 1st June including a Fathers Day gift. No goods, no response to emails and no way to call them. I am using paypal to get my money back :-(

Placed my order 31st May, still not despatched as of today, that's 13 days?? I have sent 3 emails all replies are automated replies. I also see reading other reviews, I'm not the only one who's order from 31st hasn't been despatched yet. I know items are taking a bit longer at the moment but how come a item I placed after 31st has already arrived?

Same as everyone else on every review site ordered 2 weeks ago nothing rang no phone lines e mail standard response no clothes , I wish I read these reviews before I ordered and they took my money awful customer service I have bought from marls &Spencer’s , Sainsbury’s Claire’s , a little longer wait but goods came this is disgraceful I am furious , I ordered as a guest to never ever again please do not order on line here

Took my money middle of May still no goods. No response to emails and don’t answer phone... can’t find any way of contacting them. Poor service feel angry and when they open they will be getting a visit to store.

I bought items on line and am still waiting to receive them even tbough they have banked my money. DO NOT BUY ONLINE. Peacocks are a sham. Customer service is non existent. Very very disappointed

I ordered several items of clothing on 22nd may. Today is 2nd June. I emailed the company asking when my parcel will get here and was told it will take up to 10 days. Today is exactly 10 days and theres nothing. The woman was not interested to help at all. All the other parcels I ordered from various companies arrived on time. Wont order again.

I will never shop with Peacocks again. I ordered online over Christmas and went into store to refund them. Found out there was no extended Christmas period and as I was 'not eligible' on my online account I have no exchange or refund option. I am now stuck with boots I don't like - despite them still being in store FULL PRICE. Called up customer services to complain and came across a bunch of rude, arrogant and offensive employees who lack customer service skills massively. Cowboys.
