Peter left a message to say that they had managed to source one and Peter had even driven to Newport from Shanklin Isle of Wight to collect it for me. Great customer service xx Thank you. I went into the Beeston store today. Found exactly what I wanted, but they didn't have the size I needed. The lovely assistant phoned the Long Eaton branch and they had the size I needed, so she asked them to put it aside for me. I collected it shortly afterwards. Excellent service ........

i ordered two pairs of Kate denim leggings online because they're unavailable in my local store. Delivery was fast, without issue, although I didn't get much prior warning, but I was luckily in. I've tried lots of other leggings and Peacocks for me beat much more expensive brands, they wash well and don't go wrinkly. In this instance I can't fault Peacocks on price, quality or service.

When shopping on line with Peacocks I found that I could take items back to the store for exchange only or I had to post back myself paying postage and claiming it back via PayPal, if I had paid by debit card I could have taken them back to the store for a refund. I emailed for help, waited four days , no reply, so I phoned , customer service not friendly or very helpful. I'm still trying to sort my parcel out
