“ i ordered two pairs of Kate denim leggings online because they're unavailable in my local store. Delivery was fast, without issue, although I didn't get much prior warning, but I was luckily in. I've tried lots of other leggings and Peacocks for me beat much more expensive brands, they wash well and don't go wrinkly. In this instance I can't fault Peacocks on price, quality or service. ”

“ When shopping on line with Peacocks I found that I could take items back to the store for exchange only or I had to post back myself paying postage and claiming it back via PayPal, if I had paid by debit card I could have taken them back to the store for a refund. I emailed for help, waited four days , no reply, so I phoned , customer service not friendly or very helpful. I'm still trying to sort my parcel out ”
