Disgraceful customer service, if you can call it that! I tried to use a gift card that had a £4 balance on they said it was on zero and was showing used when I hadn’t even bought anything that day. They refused to help and basically accused me of lying.

Absolute shocking customer service a joke ! Purchased two jumpers one completely fell apart in two hours of wear under seams of the arms and body. Bearing in mind I’d paid postage £3.99 to get the goods delivered. Then I pay another £3.99 to return their faulty jumper which after over 30 emails they still have not paid back this apparently is a common occurrence with them.! Never again would I use this joke of a company 😡😡

Customer service absolutely useless.7 weeks of phone calls and promises,of we will escalate and nothing happens.I have a voucher that money has disappeared from and I was asked if I had spent it and forgotten .Never ending.

I ordered a coat along with other items got email to collect parcel. When I open bag at home coat missing £44. I received no email to say it would be delivered separately. Rang customer services was informed it was on its way. 2 weeks later still nothing rang again to be informed it’s lost. No emails updated me. Now coat is out of stock. Terrible service from Peacocks. The delivery service is also very slow.

Paid for express delivery 1-2 days. After 4 days I still had no order. After 7 days I had half of my order. Told to expect the second half in a week. Shocking customer service both in webchat and phone. No response to complaint email either.

I don’t think I should give Peacocks 1 star Absolutely disgusting service ! Tried to return items back to Ebbw vale store they refused saying they couldn’t do it Rang 2 days customer services didn’t answer my call and didn’t even ring me back when asked Dreadful way to run a business Won’t be buying from Peacocks in store or on line ever again

I ordered a black pair of trousers in August And they have come today October and for me to send item back I have to pay 😡 Contacted Peacocks to say how fair is it for me to have to pay when I waited so long customer service is terrible won’t be using Peacocks again

Awful customer, service, poor quality clothing, returned an outfit.m that didn't fit, only to be told they don't refund because items purchased were 29 days ago only refund items upto 28 days.Had all intention of bringing items back for refund d but was ill Won't be shopping at Peacocks again. 👎

I would leave 0 but you can’t… Appalling customer service, I purchase some socks and got the wrong size (my fault) I took them back to the shop the next day to try and exchange them for the correct size - brand new unopened item that they won’t exchange with out a receipt, I have proof that I purchased them on my banking app so I can’t see why such a big company won’t exchange them for the correct size.

99 ,,to return Parcel arrived at Peacocks warehouse only got refund for ,,4 items 2 missing Called customer service to be told there was only 4 inthe parcel and that the parcel was damaged that's why they would be missing and to contact Evri as my contract was with them The 2 items that where missing where the same one size medium and other large also return slip was missing .
